Hei, its me again, after so long......
haha looks like I really cant make it a habit to continue writing in my blog, like most things tht I gave up halfway. I guess its just my character :P AH, Why me so lazy >__<.
So, what brings me back here?
Erm, guess I was just bored and I visited a few blogs and it just ignites back tht old flame for blogging.
Hehe, I think no one reads my blogs anyways, since i've not updated it for so long.
But anyways, just wanna put in some things here today.
Erm, right now, there's this girl I met during New Year's Eve, hehe, I find tht she is cute :P and am quite interested in her.
The prob is, i dun really have experience in "this stuff" before and I think i might make a few mistakes here and there...
Mm, I think I've found someone with the same brain wavelength as me XD..she's fun to talk to and sumtimes I just wanna see her :P, argh but I think I shouldn't rush things too much.
I wonder how she thinks bout me, hope I'm not too pushy or anything rawrawrawr..

Back Again ~_~'''

Today, I felt like writing up a blog and remembered that i used to have one, which is this.....
I left this blog for a long time. I know that I am always doing things half assed. However I want to try to change. I felt like wanting to continue to write up about myself on this blog becoz I felt that by doing this, I am able to do something that is meaningful to change my habit of lack of determination to finish off something which i had started.
Ok, enuff of that....today, nothing much happened to me, woke up at 12 noon and still felt tired from yesterday's football match. I tried to do some assignments and research on my physics poster project but I guess I didn't make much progress after spending many hours...soon it was time for dinner..Oh before that, I played Warcraft 3 with someone and I lost >_< Losing sucks...
We had ABC soup, omelette, veg for dinner, I think it was quite good, I had a nice chat about lots of stuff wif chun, JJ, chun wei, and others...now I am back in my room, writing this up....
Hmm, looking forward to playing another game of DOTA tonite, hope can get enuff players :)

Firefox

Hi, today's been rough day for me. Today, I was on a mission to spread my name in the world of DOTA and as I make my way to tBun Sungai Long, the anticiapted glory that awaits kept me in high spirits.
Today, my team consist of Roy, Eldred, Weng Ho and me and we're a force to be reckoned with...
As we sat down on our battle machines, the other team accepted our challenge and the war began.
It was a tough war (the details are a bit complicated) but in the end, we lost.....SIGH!!!! its the curse of tbun!! WE lost almost everytime we challenge them..arghh...sry this is getting to me.

Ok, about the site, I am actually using firefox as my browser and I 've noticed that the blog displays differently for IE. I don't know the cause tight now but I will find it out. But..if you ask me, I would say go and use Mozilla Firefox as it is better than IE. It has more security features and it looks cooler..
Check out the review below.

FIREFOX PROS

1. The Mozilla Firefox browser is amazingly lean. At just over 4.7MB to download and install, Firefox does not suffer from being overweight (unlike Microsoft IE6 at 80MB). The 4.7MB Firefox install does not include plug-ins like Java Virtual Machine, Flash Player, Quicktime and Shockwave, but those features can be added through 30 minutes of user effort.

2. Firefox supports plenty of user shortcuts and keystrokes. Both novices and power users will like the helpful little perks like “Type Ahead”, CTRL-enter to complete URLs, and CTRL-T to launch new tabs. In many ways, it feels like Microsoft IE, and IE users will find it easy to switch to Firefox.

3. Integrated pop-up blocking! Yes, Firefox will shut down those pesky advertisements for you. No need to install 3rd party software…just set your Firefox options in your Tools menu to prevent pop-ups.

4. Power User Feature: Firefox can prevent annoying Javascript code from hiding your status bar, resizing or moving your window.

5. Larger viewing area than IE. With smaller toolbars, Firefox can fit nearly 10% more surface area onto your monitor.

6. Nifty bookmarking features for researchers! It is possible to bookmark and folder-organize multiple tabs at once.

7. Theme skins can be customized. If you like to doctor your browser appearance, then Firefox will not disappoint.

8. Tabbed browsing, without adding large memory overhead. This is perhaps the single most-useful feature for power users: the ability to run multiple web pages without cramming your RAM memory. A simple CTRL-T keystroke permits you to read your webmail, search Google, check the weather, and listen to your Internet radio, all within a single RAM occurrence of Firefox. Big points to the developers for this feature!

9. Bookmark Favorites appear in a slick toolbar format. Unlike the often cumbersome menu of IE, your Firefox favorites/bookmarks can be displayed as toolbuttons in horizontal fashion. You can even automate those bookmarks to check the web page for updates, and report back to you. Wonderful for watching stocks, your favorite sports team page, or monitoring news.

10. There are no glaring security holes, unlike IE. For things like online banking, stock trading, using eBay for bidding on auctions, and paying for goods with Paypal, Firefox is not a hacker target, and has been proven to be effectively safe from getting your passwords hijacked.

FIREFOX DOWNSIDES

As much as Firefox is a great tool, there are some small deficiencies in this application. Gratefully, these deficiencies will be quite minor for most users, and with impending improvements, these glitches will likely be repaired within the next 12 to 18 months.

1. Images inconsistently load slower than IE. While Internet Explorer will render most web pages quickly on DSL or cable bandwidth, Firefox seems to intermittently take 30% to 100% longer to render the same graphics. This is not a consistent flaw; it seems unique to whichever website you are visiting.

2. Firefox does not integrate well with Outlook or Outlook express email. With little annoying things like viewing HTML email, or launching links from a message, Firefox does not respond quickly, and often fails to respond at all.

3. Firefox also fails to integrate with Pocket PC Windows and USB cradle synching. Although only a small percentage of users actually download web calendars and web mail into their Pocket PC’s, that small percentage will be frustrated until Firefox fixes this.

4. Firefox will not render the same web page format and styles that IE will. For example: where you would normally see a page's black table outline in IE, you will see a blurred grey outline in Firefox. Not a show-stopper, but annoying, especially to web developers.

5. Plug-Ins do not auto-install as easily as IE. To add Flash player, Shockwave, Quicktime, and Java Virtual Machine, Firefox users need to manually search and download/install these tools. Sometimes, you will even need to tweak the installs using Firefox Tools menu.

6. Power User Complaint: intermittently, HTML form buttons fail to respond to the keyboard enter button in Firefox. For example: to log into one of my online bank accounts, I normally enter my account number and PIN, and press enter to submit. In Firefox, I need to switch to my mouse to press submit. This is a small peeve for those of us who love our keyboards.

Whether you are loyal to IE, Opera, Safari, Mozilla, or Netscape, the imperfect-but-lean Firefox is a highly recommended alternative. With so many helpful little features like pop-up blocking, tabbed browsing, horizontal bookmarks, and integrated Google, Mozilla's Firefox is working hard to win its users affection. By focusing on the most-appreciated browsing features, the Mozilla developers are giving users a slick and lean alternative to the bloated-and-insecure Microsoft IE browser.

Happenings

Hi, today I don't have to go to work because every Friday and Saturday is my day off. I guess normal working life is not suitable for me yet....I still want to enjoy.
I slept till 2 pm today, talk about wasting time...What to do, I stayed awake to around 4 am every night. It seems that my biological clock has taken an akward turn making me into some norturnal creature. To tell you the truth, I am the most active from midnight to around 3 am.
Right now, I am just back from a dinner function held for my cousin turning 1 year old. She is so cute, (though I think all babies are cute). Dinner functions don't appeal too much to me. I only ate the first few dishes and after that I am not able to eat anymore. Oh, I also always dig into the desserts.
As for the blog, I finally figure how to add a white background which has opacity to the sidebar. Yes!!
More to learn.

Makeover

Hi, this is just a small update on what I am currently doing to my blog. As you can see, I am trying to give it a facelift by adding backgrounds, images and scripts. Its been a long time since I mess around with HTML. Argh, cant understand most of it.

Working Blues

A few days ago, what I heard was a shock of what is to become of me in the next few months. I have been asked to work for my father in his office as I was spending my days idling away my life at home. So here I am today at work during afterhours writing this blog to record down my experiences.
Being new and all to this field where society goes after their education years made me a complete alien. Fortunately, being the boss's son, I was able to get a degree of freedom and recognition. I am hoping in the near future I would be able to blend as I probably would be spending the next 5 months here. I was appointed to do IT work here, designing catalogues, web pages...stuff like that. It is hard having to wake up and start work everyday from 8.30 to 530. I will continue to try and adjust myself but....
I don't really want to work, I want to stay at home and eat sleep play - Inner voice.

PS- I cant help but doze off at work, it has always been a habit of mine to fall asleep since my schooling days up till now. I think its all those late night dotaing that cause me to be like this. Sigh, DOTA is both a joy and a curse.
